Native of the Upstate
Jonathan was born and raised right here in Upstate South Carolina and has lived in the Upstate for over 30 years. Jonathan cheerfully extends "good old Southern Hospitality" to each and every client of the Carolina Realty Guide. Jonathan knows the Upstate well and will generously share as much of that knowledge as possible with you.

Real Estate Background
Jonathan is a Business and Real Estate Graduate of Clemson University. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Real Estate and has an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. From his youth he has always had an interest and desire to not only be involved in Real Estate but also with helping people. Jonathan works hard to build his business and life on the principal of integrity. He is an active and fully licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent, REALTOR with NAR, and Broker and treats each of his clients in a professional, honorable, and trustworthy fashion.

Hobbies and Beliefs
Jonathan enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his camera and likes to hike, camp, and cycle. He also enjoys remodeling old homes on occasion. Jacob went to Clemson University and graduated with a B.S. degree in Animal Science with a Pre-Veterinary concentration along with taking 75 postgraduate hours at Medical University of South Carolina.
