A Comparison of Lake Keowee Real Estate to Lake Hartwell Real Estate.

Several potential lake buyers have wanted to know the difference in Lake Keowee vs Lake Hartwell.  To answer, both lakes are located in the Upstate of South Carolina. Lake Hartwell is the larger of the two lakes and parts of it stretch into eastern Georgia. Lake Keowee lies to the north of Lake Hartwell and is set against the backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Three Rivers Valley Development is constructing nineteen new condos near Greenville's Downtown according to the EarthCraft construction standards,  EarthCraft is a voluntary green building program from the Atlanta Georgia Home Builders Association.
