Zillow recently measured home price declines and gains in 163 Metropolitan areas across the United States. Here are the top 10 areas according to zillow.

• Ithaca, N.Y., 5.6%
• State College, Pa., 4%
• Jacksonville, N.C., 3.9%
• L Winston-Salem, N.C., 3.4%
• Bay City, Mi., 3.2%
• Rochester, N.Y. 3.1%
• Greenville, S. C., 2.8%
• Anderson, S.C. 2.7%
• Burlington, N.C., 2.6%
• Spartanburg, S.C., 2.0%

The Greenville SC Real Estate Market comes in number 7, the Anderson SC Market number 8, and the Spartanburg SC area as number 10. This is a very strong showing for Upstate South Carolina!
