This is the remnants of an old manufacturing building in downtown Greenville, Wyche Pavilion. Wyche Pavilion sits right on the Reedy River behind the Peace Center and next to DowBrands Ampitheatre. Wyche Pavilion is one of Greenville's oldest commercial buildings and is currently used for wedding receptions, cocktail parties, and other social events.
Capacity – 90 seated, 200 reception
Dimensions – 36’ X 96’, ceiling height 33’
Amenities - 16 power outlets, stone floor.
Location--right on beautiful Reedy River, access to Reedy River Park.

The mill was built in the late 1800's as a textile/fabric mill and was part of Greenville's rich textile history. Once closed it sat empty and uninhabited until it was purchased by a couple of local attorneys who later opened a restaurant inside. I believe office space was available inside during this period of time as well.
