Clemson University has partnered with several major Fortune 500 companies in the development of the ICAR research park. The business park will cover 400 acres near I85 and Laurens road. Did you know that the median home price for 2006 in the Greater Greenville South Carolina area was only roughly 142,000 dollars! Does this mean we have small and cheaply built homes here?
