Above is a quick table reflecting all of Greenville South Carolina residential sales from Jan 2009 through Oct 2009. Overall in the Greenville market, we have sold about 41% of everything listed this year with seller's getting a strong 95% of their list price.

Though these numbers are certainly off from last year, the local Greenville Market has been picking up steam all summer and has remained a resilient market all things considered.
