Greenville Condos, The Elements, Building Green

     An EarthCraft Multi Family Residence



Three Rivers Valley Development is constructing nineteen new condos near Greenville's Downtown according to the EarthCraft construction standards,  EarthCraft is a voluntary green building program from the Atlanta Georgia Home Builders Association. The EarthCraft standards serve  as a framework for energy and resource efficiency.

A few homes have been built in Greenville South Carolina according to these construction standards but the concept is just really beginning to hit the Greenville South Carolina Real Estate market here. Energy Star windows are standard as well as the more energy efficient Icynene Insulation system. Icynene is a spray foam insulation that does not collect dust  and allergens as is typical with fiberglass and other loose blown insulation.

The Elements in Greenville will offer 12 two bedroom units and 7 two or three bedroom units.  Pricing starts in the high 160's and construction should take at least 18 months.
