Are condos available with private outside space? How old is this development and how many condos total in mill? How many have been sold? Is it possible to lease for few months instead of purchasing?

We are retired and possibly interested in this area, but would like to be close to the downtown area, so we could walk. Square footage needed for us would be something between 1200 and 1400 square feet and would like own outside space. Are there any garages or covered areas for vehicles?

Thank you for assistance with all my questions. Look forward to hearing from you. Jacki Powell
