Annual taxes are approximately $2754.16. Taxes are significantly lower at the Lofts at Mills Mill versus some other downtown condos. So it's a good value in terms of taxes and what your HOA fee covers.

Parking is uncovered and there is "no extra fee" for parking. I don't think you are limited to the number of vehicles either but don't quote me on this. You can verify with the property manager, Sarah, at N&H Enterprises: 864-467-000. If you would like to schedule a showing, please let me know.
