The mill was built in the late 1800's as a textile/fabric mill and was part of Greenville's rich textile history. Once closed it sat empty and uninhabited until it was purchased by a couple of local attorneys who later opened a restaurant inside. I believe office space was available inside during this period of time as well.
Later it was purchased by a developer and converted into luxury loft condos. There are over 100 condos ranging from 700 sq feet to over 2000 sq feet with a wide range of floor plans to choose from. The premises and grounds are always well kept and the majority of all residents feel it is a wonderful place to live. Amenities include pool, excercise room, and dog park.
