Jonathan Kostyra was a HUGE help to Amy and I with our condo search at the Lofts at Mills Mill , which was a long distance deal. He even helped me move in the night after the closing...:) Amy and I were very pleased with his efforts and advice on this purchase. Jonathan is the best dad-gum Realtor we have ever worked with!!

We have been very very very pleased with our condo: the privacy, the security, the pool and grills, the clubhouse, the landscaping. Since we bought, the hallway walls have been re-painted, and the parking lot has been repainted and striped. Regime fees are $168.00 per month. Average power bill is $30- $60, depending on the heat and A/C used. Double locks on condo doors, fob needed for condo exterior door and gate to parking lot. I am up there about every 3 weeks; Amy is up there with me one weekend a month and she really relaxes when up yonder. Good storage below in the building basement. My car has been very secure in the parking lot.

As first time homebuyers, we needed guidance. We found that source of guidance in Shom Kostyra. My wife, Kara, contacted Jonathan on the internet and explained to him that we would be flying into South Carolina from New Brunswick, Canada to look at homes. Having only a week to shop for homes, it would take a concentrated effort and a dedicated buyer's agent to accomplish this task.

Thankfully, Jonathan lived up to both requirements. In his good natured and quiet way, he and his trusty GPS traveled with us in our rented minivan around the Greenville area. His favorite word is "Absolutely", and he was absolutely a gentleman to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed his Southern charm and low key approach to the shopping process.

Because of our not being familiar with the area or U.S. real estate laws, his assistance extended to finding suitable financing, a qualified home inspector, and good legal advice as well! On the fifth day we put in an offer on a charming new home in Greer. Again Jonathan stepped up to the plate, negotiating and renegotiating until 9 p.m. to get us the best price possible!

We could not have been happier with the quality of service! Would we recommend Jonathan? "Absolutely"!
